Stankonia wasn't better than a lot of those dudes runs be it 5 or 10 years. Idlewild was forgettable.

I didn't agree with Ross being honorable mention

and I didn't get Z Ro being top ten at all.

So I wouldn't say Outkast should be over Ross, Juicy J or Gotti. They should have done like they did Juicy J and said Big Boi.

It went 4x Platinum…it was exactly better than other rapper’s run during 2000. They sold more than the previous album. The fact that their run went from 95-00+ says a lot.
