It’s a telling sign when you’re in the headlines more for the bs that’s attached to your name and less for your music.

Also another thing to consider is Youngboys demo . I think it was Ak who said this too (possibly same pod?) Youngboy has the highest stream numbers because of YouTube . It’s free and that’s primarily what kids use.Ak actually referenced this once on a pod somewhere. He essentially said that one of the most clear cut ways to tell if someone is juicing their streaming numbers is to look at their concert ticket sales. A lot of the cats who run up high numbers on youtube/spotify/AM/etc. can’t sell out their shows. It’s not definitive science, but the concept makes sense. Artist A has millions of streams and a #1 album, goes on tour selling tickets for cheap, but the concert venue has a ton of empty seats. It’s an indicator that they’re juicing.
Favorite UGK song ever
Kinda messed with buddy's music at first, even tho son was not the most talented and brightest ***** out the gate, he indeed was different. But he stays moving fun-ny. Like how you get your biggest hit from Meg and then turn around and side with her "alleged foot shooter"?! Then the whole Dani something debacle and extra shenanigans, ****'s overwhelming for the amount of talent buddy got imoDababy been a goofy for a few years now, so there’s not much to say about dude at this point. Clown behavior, repetitive music, and can’t stay out his own way. Dude’s a recipe for disaster tbh.

Many of those followers aren't even real. Saw something on the Hoffa Podcast as well that exposed that a lot of artists, influencers etc, who appear to be verified really aren't and that they are paying for that too. Some of these artists have millions of followers on social media but don’t sell records/streams… concerts never maxed out….
But their numbers be juiced up. It’s easy.
I said that about Megan the Stallion. She has all those followers, all these endorsements but had like 40k streams or some s***
Have you seen him in person before?Da Baby DEFINITELY could’ve handle dude 1 on 1. Dude doesn’t paint me as the type to run or back down from a fight.
He can throws hands IMO. I think his crew just stepped in. But I believe bro definitely can hold his own.
They not real followers they just wanna see that azzz….I been said this though………
The correlation is easy AF to realize. If these venues ain’t packed or yours getting canceled but you have high streaming figures. It’s common sense.
I remember some tour got canceled years back but the artist had high streams…..
Have you seen him in person before?
