Rap About Nothing: Hip Hop Chat Thread

I stopped because of streaming. Before I pretty much downloaded to external drives and uploaded to google now youtube music. I mainly stopped because I have mixtapes and albums for only a song, and so much music comes out I doubt I will ever listen to it.

Anyone still download or buy digital music? :nerd:

Streaming is convenient but songs/albums randomly get taken down or just not available. Hate when I search for a song and only the edited version or some random DJ version is available.
Im against it honestly, but my last three music purchases were all digital. Summertime Shootout 3 poster(came with digital download), Tangible Dream by Oddisee off Bandcamp, and Karma 3 by Dave East(couldn’t find a physical of anything he had anywhere).

If music is taken down or edited, I’m fine with that. I’ll get back into CD collecting or maybe even vinyls eventually.

In Dave East case, it was either support the music or Covid-19 relief(Karma 3 facemask). I chose the music.

The first two tracks had me worried but Push album is good. Production is hard. That beat on the song with Ye is just 🔥

Not good as Daytona but this is a really good project.

It leaked already? Thought that was a thing of the past.

If you don't have enough memory on your phone just say that.

Physical and or digital copies of all the music you want >*
