^^ thinking the same thing. how you gonna call them thugs and was it confirmed that these guys were part of the fight that happened in the trainstation? Not familiar with BART cops, are they equivalent to MTA or Transit cops in NYC? If they arent under the same jurisdiction as Bay Area Cops, then whyissue them guns instead of tasers?Originally Posted by visualmusiC

It was a mistake, he meant to tase the guy. (you can clearly see it when he shoots, then puts his hand over his face like he's done a very bad thing.)
If those thugs didn't try to start fights at the BART station, none of this would have ever happened.
I hope he gets to walk free, it was mistake; albeit deadly.

Why show leniency to a person because of a badge?
A murderer is a murderer and they all deserve to share same fate as their victims....
So he can sit in his cold cell and think about what he did for the remainder of his life
Nah, murderers dont care if you put em in a cell....

Real talk. Sittin' in federal prison for the rest of his life with people who've been put away, themselves, by cops is probably the mosttraumatic experience and ultimate punishment he, a cop, could ever encounter. Think about the daily treatment he's going to receive from the other inmatesbecause of his 1) occupation and 2) his conviction. I guarantee he'll be wishing for the death penalty while he's in there.Originally Posted by lnMyMind

Coming from someone with an uncle and a father that did time for murder...I can say that is false. Prison is hell.
We live different lives, I'm not taking it personally..you have your views, I have mine.Originally Posted by AG 47
LazyJ,
I understand you believe somehow the police officer unintentionally shot the man.
I don't feel the same way...I may have come across a lil riled up, don't take it personal....it's tough to see a video like that
and not react emotionally...my bad.
But the reason I mentioned that it was a set-up or at least I think it might be is that yes the police officers were waiting for the men, but
also if you read the article and watched the video, it stated that ALL the men were handcuffed and subdued, BUT the man that ended up
getting "executed". My question is why was he not also handcuffed? Was he the last one to be subdued...okay, why not handcuff him?
Why reach for the weapon? I'm not asking you, but these are questions I had in my mind because this situation just seems so fishy to me.
Just a sad sad story altogether.

That's sad right there, I hope this officer gets hunged..yeah i said it. Will it solve anything? No.
But who cares right..he should be killed too so His family will go through what Grant family are going through.

So if you hit someone on accident with your car and paralyze them, should someone then take a car to your legs?
No, but your example doesn't make any sense.Originally Posted by LazyJ10
