long story short, my blackberry died out on me......keys dont respond, but i can still use it as a modem

i'm with tmobile, but no longer under contract, so may make the jump to a android device
for my new phn, i'd need 2 main things: good camera & tethering.
whats the best phones out now on tmobile?
im gonna look at the nexus s at best buy 2morrow while i wait on this refurbished p.o.s. to arrive.
what do you all recommend?

Samsung Vibrant has been doun me pretty good.

Nice camera, hd video, android, high res screen, tethering switch comes stock too
