I've heard it can lead to impotence. Also if you watch too much pron you become desensitized to things like that, thus making it harder to get excited when it's time for the real thing. These are just some of the arguments I have heard. Don't know how much truth there is in either.

Santorum is a moron. If crazy people didn't have crazy pornos to fap to, then the risk of violent sexual crimes against women would probably increase.

Man ya'll dudes talking crazy about porn being harmful...been watching porn since the days of dial up and never fail to get excited for the real thing. All my *#%# is downloaded and backed up, plus my collection is crazy.

well not physically harmful, but in shaping young minds for one, and to people who become addicted to it , it can be harmful (socially). Porn and then masturbation has the same effects on the brain as some drugs, except it releases naturally occuring opiods. It feels great, and its easy to get and can cause addiction. Now people may write that off, but trust, it is a real addiction and it does nothing to help your actual life. It desensitizes you and can warp your mind to how interactions with women can really be. you might say, " I cant get girls in real life" or " this is a hassle, im going to go watch some webcams or something. Those are real girls who do whatever you say", and you get that high that you might get without actually trying for it in real life. Its very much like a sex addict, except well its obvious theres not actual sex. But when you get into your house and the first thing you do is go turn your computer on and watch some porn and wack 1 or when you cant wait to get home and pay a model to get naked, something is defintitely wrong. Also not going into the money that you can waste on porn, thats a whole nother long paragraph.
Now I look at it like alcohol. Of course there are tons of people that can have a drink and not have to keep going or have a drink everyday, but then there are people out there who are alcoholics and cant live without the stuff.
Now I guess this is more of addiction to porn & masturbation, but I just assumed you guys understood that. Just sitting there fully clothed and watching porn while not doing anything is well, kinda weird
