Wow, I like her music but I can see where you're coming from. For me as a Latino, it would be like Pitbull having all this success as a popartist and turning his back on his Cuban roots. It's funny you should say that, because as she's gotten more and more famous, she's tried to makeherself into and icon and has virtually detached herself from her Caribbean roots. If I can think of a handful of artists from out there that should have amajor record deal Stateside, I'm sure you could think of dozens.
