Rock the cradle vs Windmill dunk

But obviously the hardest to do in a game is Rocking the Cradle.

Just about anyone who can dunk easily can windmill. You have to have huge hands to rock the cradle. So that's what I would pick.

theres a difference between doing a simple windmill and doing one with hangtime ala jason richardson bring it from one side of your body and finish on theopposite side. Real ninjas KNOW THIS

Windmill is defintely better. It takes a lot of ups and hangtime to pull off a windmill. Compare vince Carter windmills to any rock the cradle dunks.

Tough to choose, the cradle is just so smooth and clean. But a great windmill makes you jump out of your seat with excitement.

I can do a windmill. I do not have insane hops or any other amazing athletic gift. I cannot rock the cradle. It is a much more difficult motion to pull off.
