If he wants color exclusivity, he needs to trademark the "mint" and "cove" in spot colors (Pantone Matching System). Even still someone could get as close to those colors as they wanted and still be ok. He just needs to get over it.

Never could fathom the idea of boots colored like that. You trying to wear big boy clothes but with those colors? I see the boot as contradicting itself, I don't wear boots myself so I guess I can't say. The closest thing I've put on was Air Force 1s and I'm currently waiting for the Top Ten His in fox red to be delivered cause I'm in desperate need of better rainy day kicks.

They did have 'kithmas' this past year, but that was the biggest joke ever. They cancelled over 20 GLV 'Sage' orders alone. It was more of a PR move, but it was pathetic.
