People annoy me. Own spot. That's if you can afford it. Don't hurt yourself financially with the expenses. If I were looking to make a move I'd stack up then mob out. Have something to fall back on an have a game plan, break it down to a science and you can't lose.
I lived with a chick rent free who had no kids, she slept all day and just went to work come home and then back to sleep. She ain't even needed her own spot. I was the 1 actually "living" in that *****. She paid the rent.
And that **** alone just annoyed me. I woulda rather paid rent and get the hell up outta there and be alone. But at the time it was either her spot or my parents couch....
Moral of the story either you need your oen space or you don't. Can you afford it or not. Are you paying to live or living to pay?

The Greys is around 1100 I believe but it's rent restricted and the wait list is long.

Don't live with yo girl unless you planning on marrying her, that's the next step in their mind. Would go with own spot if you can afford it.

That shared bathroom is by far the biggest problem I see. I don't like that.
