Lately I've been using these 'fanny packs:'did some uphill sprints today and then finished off the workout with a 1.5 mile run.
for those of you using an iPhone 6, how do you guys carry it on your runs?
My knees are extra sore today and I ran in the Pegs too. I have a wild theory though.
I made the mistake of running through the Highline in NYC. If yall dont know its a manmade path from what used to be an old railroad. Tons of pedestrian traffic, felt like I was in an obstacle course running through so maybe the dodging and movements was a bt much for my knees? Man im young though sheesh. 25 should not have these proems.
