Yah, compression tights are a must too.
I actually want to see what Nikes latest Power Speed tights are about but damn that $150 price tag.
Man I haven't logged my miles on Nike+ in WAY too long. I prob log 50-60mi/week, the majority being trail miles. I have them all logged on my Garmin acct since I use the Forerunner 110.
It's more of a long hike! You go at your own pace and just meet at the check point each night. Otherwise they send out the search team since it's out in the rural areas! The 50km took me about 6.5 hours and the terrain was a mix of pavement, dirt, mountain and some beach sand. I started to train about 3 months before and it just consisted of a 10k run every week and a marathon a month beforehand. Also some mountain hikes to build some leg muscle.
