Anytime I hear her sing I get chills no joke. Being Mexican American in Texas I hear her quite often on the radio. When I hear a girl sing her music its an instant turn on.

Como la flor is one of my favorite songs of all time.

And the movie..loved it. The part where their at the diner talking about being Mexican American and having to know about both cultures is one my favorite scenes from any movie.

Definitely appreciated

she is appreciated. that role definitely birthed j-lo's career

Na, i cant think about it. She was just going "pop" before her death. J-lo woulda stayed a back up dancer, and a TRUE TALENT Latina would have emerged as .. well i couldnt tell you, BUT if her spanish records had a english equivalent, she woulda been better than MAriah, whitney, yes i sad whitney... and Selenas wasnt on any drugs...

Being from Houston, I can appreciate this thread. Selena was nice, she got air time on our urban station with her english stuff. Ole girl did her bad tho.

To be honest it should be her making J-Lo money right now.

Funny she was my avy for a while.

She turned me on the hispanic chicks. Her mass was nice.
