Ya'll must hate me then.

I did it twice already, well one reason was because the dude I traded with sent it to me first, but he covered it withbrown paper. The box was still good, and nothing got banged up. So I did it in return and nothing happened to that box either.

Besides, I learned my lesson when I bought a box to ship off my CDP XIX's and it costed me $27 bucks to ***% the damn shoes off.

So when I did it this way, BUT I covered it with brown wrapping paper. It only costs me about $10 bucks to ship out.

How is the seller dumb if he's able to save a few bucks by doing that... lol...

I make it a point to remind the sellers to double box when they ship my shoes. To some, it's automatic, but some sellers who aren't reallycollectors/shoeheads don't care or know that the box is a big deal.

because he could have saved money by not taping the outside of the box. Besides the fact that it ruins the box (andthe value of the shoes) it lets other people know not just the value, but the exact contents of whats inside. You wouldn't ship a box that said"expensive wedding ring" on the outside because that would be stupid. The seller could have easily wrapped the box in paper and the shipping costwould be the same

Luckily all three kicks were fine-that's why I didn't make a big deal out of it with the sellers

Well, if he inverted the box, would you have been still upset? My point is, some sellers don't care and are not cautious enough to think that they areexposing the contents. They simply look at a shoe box as a packaging material. And by doing that, thus they save a few bucks by not spending for that extra boxor extra packing paper...

Like you said, it has happened three time already. By now, you should've learned to remind your sellers to double box for you. If you did, and theydidn't listen, then yeah they're deaf and dumb. lol
