Sexual assault suspect severely beaten before police arrive

Sounds like the girl is trying to save face imho.

CONWAY, S.C. -A boyfriend who busted in on a man trying to sexually assault his girlfriend attacked the suspect shortly after the new year began, Conway Police say.

On  Thursday at less than an hour after the new year, officers with the Conway Police Department responded to a house on Hwy 905 in reference to a sexual assault. Upon arrival officers were advised by the victim that the suspect had sexually assaulted her. 

The police report indicates a 21-year-old female and her 27-year-old boyfriend came home to a house they share with others. The boyfriend left for a while and when he returned he discovered the door was closed to the room he shared with his girlfriend, police said in a report.

The boyfriend heard moaning coming from the room, kicked in the door and found William Mattson, 52, on top of his girlfriend, police said.  

Mattson told police the woman was naked under blankets and that they hugged and kissed. But the woman said the encounter was not consensual.

The boyfriend reportedly struck Mattson with a closed fist several times. Police say when they arrived Mattson was bleeding from his lips and mouth and his left eye was swollen shut.

Conway Police charged Mattson, from Conway, with criminal sexual conduct 1st degree and took him to Conway Medical Center and then to J. Reuben Long Detention Center.

A VHS video tape was seized by police during the arrest, according to the police report. Police did not indicate why it was taken as part of the investigation.

Don't see any problems here.

Dude comes home with his gf on New Years, leaves for a bit, comes back to see his uncle getting it in with his gf on his bed, proceeds to beat the crap out of him. GF then calls it rape.

Drinking was involved so it'll never be totally clear if it was rape or not but either way as the uncle you should expect nothing less than a beating after trying to bang your nephew's gf.

He heard moaning and thought it was rape ? Wouldn't she be trying to scream for help or something?
 
the uncle could have been so drunk he thought he was nailing his own chick too
