I don't know yet about Posey starting on Opening Day. It's speculated by the callers on our local sports talk radio shows, but nothing's set instone. I guess we'll wait and see what management will do.

I personally feel maybe 2010 in AAA will help him tremendously. Same with MadBum.

Molina needs to have a better effort to block that ball.

Another year in the minors could be beneficial for Posey, but I'll be honest, I haven't really seen him/followed him as closely as otherGiant fans have. I just check the box scores.
We'll see how management handles Molina's situation this offseason or if we can get another catcher via free agency. I think that will pretty muchdictate how we handle Posey.

i was listening to KNBR this morning and they pointed out that Lincecum's record on the road in his last 5 starts is 0-4 with an ERA in the 5's

Freddy should just shut it down, as should most of the vets, give the young players burn.

I feel bad for Freddy. Injuries have just hampered him since he became a Giant. He thinks that the Giants may not pick up the club option for himnext season, but I hope they do.
