Oh yeah....and great win. Pablo with the bunt single?!?

how exactly do they distribute the giveaways up north?

Down here they hand em to you as you're making your way through the gates

Its pretty much the same here. I got the Nomar bobblehead down south a couple years ago. Its the exact same. There was just a SEA of people in front ofevery gate. Long !*% lines that didnt need to be waited in. Very chaotic today.

Great game. I know I'm nitpicking, but anybody else start to go crazy when Howry came out for the 8th inning? He was lucky enough to pitch a scoreless 7th, but Bochy insisted on playing with fire by letting him start the 8th. Just put Affeldt in to start.
I wondered about that too, until I checked out the numbers for Castillio. Castillio is hitting .345 from the right side and .275 from the leftside. I guess Bochy wanted to keep Castillio hitting left handed so he kept Howry in. Castillio reached and then Bochy went to Affeldt to face Beltran... Ithink that's what Bochy was thinking.

By the way FRANCHISE, care to take a picture of the Lincecum bobblehead? I want to see how it looks like and Idon't want to open mine. I'm keeping it DS

So you were obviously one of the firsts in line if you got there at 12:30. Were you able to get a stamp and get back in line? And you got in line threetimes?!? Because when I FINALLY got mine, the exit line had like 700 people in it. Not to mention there were still a crap ton of people in the entrance line.So I said screw it, and didnt bother trying to re-get in line with my SRO ticket.

Did you guys catch the marriage proposal right after the Carlton Dance thing?

Jumbotron: (white guy on one knee in front of asian girl) "Pinthip, will you marry me?"

Dude sitting next to me: "Pinthip?!?! Oh thats a mail order for sure."

I was in the restroom when that happened. Since they broadcast KNBR in the restrooms, I was hearing Flemming and Kuiper talking about the marriage proposal.

ahh okay, we'll see how it gets in July for Manny bobblehead night. I'm imagining something similar

Someone open it I want to see too now

EDIT: just saw it

I'm liking how Matt Cain is pitching...Minus the high number of walks he's been giving up lately...Zito is next to pitch right? Woo hoo.

^ yup
Honesty there is no reason why we cant sweep SD there line-up is subpar at best besides Adrian Gonzalez I see no other threats.

Pevy and Meredith have been there only decent pitchers so far. Lets take all 3.

You know the Giants haven't forgotten earlier in the season when they were swept by San Diego.

Hopefully the team as a whole plays well together.

After the first one it was like he just couldn't help it.
I figure after the first one, the umpires start watching him a little closer, after the second he was *#++@*

they could definitely sweep the Padres, just put runs on the board and hope the bullpen stops throw balls over the plate. Howry didnt look too bad last nightthough

I mean, the Giants COULD sweep the Padres, but the Padres just swept a pretty decent Reds team. If they could win both of these series on the road I would besatisfied.

At least they miss Peavy though.
