One of my friends talked to one of the San Jose Giants coaches and he said that Posey will be in San Jose the rest of the summer and then start in AAA nextyear.

I'm thinking its because they are going to move Bumgarner and Alderson up to AAA so he'll be able to catch with them...I would imagine bymid season he'll be called up though

^I understand that, but why not move Posey to AA so that he can catch Bumgarner and Alderson this year too?

From what I understand, Posey is still learning how to manage games and a pitching staff. As much as he is mashing, they say he still needs to learn a lotabout catching at the professional level.
