Shaq Has Made Inside The NBA Unwatchable.

Difference is

Barkley sometimes doesn't know every player's name or stats, but he still provides insight and it's clear he watches enough basketball to have an opinion on it.

Shaq often doesn't know every player's name or stats, nor what they do. It's clear he doesn't watch a lot of NBA. His insight is pretty much things even non-NBA fans know. "Ray Allen can shoot." "Lebron WILL dunk on you."
:lol

Yeah true. I hate that kind of analysis, ex-players often rely on it though, just regurgitate conventional wisdom.

I don't know why he is liked on here, but I always thought Mark Jackson was one of the worst ever with that. He sounded exactly like an NBA 2K announcer, he was so cliche and vague.

When C-Webb starts talking I think dude is about to give me a hot 16...freestyle or something.

The guy is surprisingly extremely motivating when he's on Insid Trax though......he makes me want to run outside and practice my game when I listen to him

There is NO way that yall dudes still feel the same way. Shaq has made himself at home the last two years. I really enjoy him there.

On and off. Sometimes he really fits in but then as soon as the jokes start flying he starts acting insecure.

This was hilarious though:
Sometimes he really fits in but then as soon as the jokes start flying he starts acting insecure.
Exactly. He can joke about 'kissing **** in the mouth', but LET someone say something about Kazaam or the Rockets/Pistons Finals or something.

"Hey, four degrees. Count 'em."

I wish Barkley would catch that big fool in an armbar or guillotine choke but it's not looking good. That stupid bbq chicken catchphrase of his needs to be bleeped out.

It's as if he thinks yelling a joke louder over and over makes it more funny.

Dude basically just needs to chill.  They should slip him some painkillers on set or something.

They should tell him on air to stop getting butthurt over everything and chill with his ego. You'd probably see steam coming out of his ears.

As someone who felt strongly about not rockin with Shaq on the show initially, dude is the goods now. There's some segments where dude doesn't say but two-three words because Barkley's rambling repeating the samething (still funny regardless) but he's definitely come around.

Shaq is gold. Dude brings the lulz

Jalen is indeed corny as f*** and Greg is aight.

"Chuck kissed **** in the mouth"

Jalen over Shaquille easy. Shaq ruins the friendly banter when he gets butthurt and takes shots at people. He's that kid who loves to rag on people but gets mad when a joke is addressed to him.

He reminds me of Michael Scott from The Office. There are very few moments where he is actually funny. Most of the time he is either very awkward, just plain annoying or a mix of both.

There are times during the show where Shaq is kind of funny. But like the dude above me said, when he gets butthurt because someone took a slight shot at him or disputed his logic in an argument I immediately change the channel. It's super annoying. If I was Charles I world have thrown a punch or two at him, dude can't take a joke but has no issue firing shots.
