So, I was looking at my army foams &

And ninja, what could I possibly have done to have it bubble up like that?? It isnt a scratch/scuff or anything like that, its almost like they came with the defect & I didnt notice.

It's like the foam is raised, looks kinda like a keloid would on someones neck
