After we done sat here and roasted all those white folk for burning Nike’s they already paid for. :smh:

That’s what im thinking too, just throw that ish out no need for shock value attention especially if your a celebrity.

Donate it even, Let the homless get fly. Just dont ring up anymore future sales at the gucci store. That’s how you stop companies from succeeding stop buying their new ish.

What i don't get is... They promptly issued an apology. There's a chance that it could've been an oversight, we don't 100% know. Had they kept it on the shelves and issued no apology, then i could see the cause for backlash...

Still crazy to me how cats that made millions by promoting killing black men, selling black people drugs, disrespecting black women, bragging about not taking care of their own black children NOWfeel the need to have a moral compass. I'm sure they (along with some of y'all) will have all type of excuses for them.

Do they now HAVE a moral compass.or are they simply acting as if they have one to protect their brands?

I just think they see k no wrong in what they did yet get offended easily by a slight by someone else.

Many celebs are narcissists so that's common behavior for that type.

This! So much this!
These brands would absolutely HATE seeing a homeless man wearing their stuff, absolute kick in the gut.
Exactly, it will bring their precieved value down tremendously, but these celebrities are genuinely too stupid to just actually “do the right thing”

If 50 cent was genuine he wouldn’t have burn that stuff, if he was from streets of nyc he would know their are plenty of homeless people out there in the frezzing cold who would benefit from any type of clothes they can get there hands on.

But these celebrities don’t play chess....like some of the people who think they are business smart. If your business smart you’ll will know how to eleminate brands from existence by giving away free gucci clothes to homless people in front of the gucci store.

Once the wealthy/rich start to see a homless person walking down the street wearing gucci they will less likely buy gucci.

That’s one of the reasons why rich/wealthy people buy luxury brands to separate themselves from the poor.

Luxury Brands don’t want that!!

Exactly man, their value would drop and that’s when they’ll truly be sorry they ever started ****. I hope someone out there starts this wave and gets these brands nervous.

50 really missed the mark here and I’m surprised because his troll game is usually on point.

Michael B. Jordan Is the New Face of Coach

Coach
Coach menswear gets in the ring with a movie star.

It goes without saying that Michael B. Jordan had an excellent spring, what with him co-starring in the US’s highest-grossing superhero movie of all time, Black Panther. (Maybe you've heard of it?Naturally, the 31-year-old is following that up with a big-time announcement on the fashion front: he’s the new global face of Coach’s menswear.

This means that he’ll take on the expected duties, like starring in the brand’s advertising campaigns for clothing, accessories, and fragrance next spring. Jordan will also be involved with Coach’s philanthropic arm, The Coach Foundation. And, interestingly, he’ll also moonlight with the label’s creative director, Stuart Vevers, on “special design projects”—which, if they mirror his personal style, is very good news.
This announcement is a reflection of the new era of brand advertising, and especially the celebrity-brand relationship. Gone are the days when famous folks would just sit down and pose for some pictures, collect a check and call it a day. Today labels are asking for spokespeople to have a much more expansive role—they want to sign up celebrities who align with the brand’s ethos on a personal level. “Michael is cool and authentic, and he really embodies the Coach guy,” Vevers said via a press release. “I’ve had the chance to get to know Michael over the last couple of years. He always looks great in Coach, so it felt really natural to build our relationship.”

Jordan echoed that sentiment: “I’m looking forward to jumping into the creative process and exploring fashion through a different lens.”
