he beat up a cop yesterday. He called today in the morning saying he locked up right now
because he was real efd up at a party last night and start beating up some dude, not realizing it was a cop..How long he going to be locked up for thatassault NT? lol

so the cop was off duty? He might have some chance at defense if he was drunk and the guy didn't announce he was police...but yeh he does need a lawyer.Cops are regarded as better than thou in this world.

was the cop dressed accordingly..? or was he a uc. because how would the guy know it was a cop? fights happen...

Ya boy is a fool. Just goes to show ppl don't know their limits when it comes to drinkin. It's pretty much a wrap for ya boy. Make sure u hold himdown and fly him kites while he doin that 3-5
 
any other details you can give us?

might as well check the maximum penalty in your state for aggravated assault or assault on a police officer, cause that's probably what he's gonnaget..
