My true size is 9.5 and my size 9's fit perfectly

I wear an 11.5/12 and I went with a size 11, they fit pretty well.

Everything I read says a little big and go down .5 if possible. I usually wear 11.5 bought the 11's if they're too small I'll just hit em on eBay.
