Someone explain what the term "flow" means vol. Workout flow

i know how the term is used...but dont really know what it means...anyone shed some light?

ex: Airport flow....workout flow.....gym flow....Pizza flow

Dumb down south term basically describes that you're in the middle of or about to start suggested activity.
