The inner casing on mine was cracked but the shoe and box were okay. Got mine from UTA.

Only one of my 2 pairs came with a cracked plastic cover. It was cracked in the corner. LOL I taped it.

Both of mine were ok. One from the store (FTL) and one online (FNL). The box from online order looked better.
