STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

:lol at me

There was a crossfit regionals competitor and a crossfit games competitor walking around at my gym today

I talked to both of them and had no idea who they were :lol

It doesn't hurt when it pops out.

I have to have my arms out and twisting back for it to go. I do hella dips that angle is no problem. Same with ohp, barbell keeps my wrist from twisting and letting it pop out. If I need surgery one day I'll get it, it doesn't bother me or affect me at all unless I'm careless in the gym.

Better watch 'Fittest on Earth' on Netflix...

Are they suppose to be famous?
(No dig at them just wondering)

On my official cut starting today. Sitting at 188 (enjoyed the last 2 weeks with food and beer) just wanna cut down to about 180 if i can get there. Then iwant try some power lifting stuff when I start my bulk in October.
But for now think ima go back to the jim stoppani workouts. I qiit doing them and worked on just lifting for a few weeks.

How have the Jim Stoppani workouts been for increasing endurance? I hate cardio but I want to get my conditioning up. I get winded doing the simplest stuff smh

Amazing. i thought iw as in decent shape before I started his program because I'd run like twice a week and always did some form of cardio before or after the work out.
the first week I did his program i only did the 30 second HITT and would be stupid tired and drenched by my 2nd work out.
by week 2 i was still at 30, but sneaking in 45 secs here and there. Week 3 I was doing 60 secs.. super winded still but feeling good
week 4 and 5 it was nothing. I felt like I could go longer. my strength came back to me. (still dont lift heavy though).
on my off days during week 3-6 i would go out and jog, which turned to running. got my mile time down by about 30 secs. (i dont know if that's good or not because im not a "runner" but i have hills in my neighborhood.

went from having to take deep breaths when i was pass that mile part. to breathing through my nose only throughout the entire run.

I've maintained that the past month even though i just did weights and cardio after.

Has anyone ever had daves killer bread.
Im sort of flour sensitive. And dont really want to do EZikel bread. Is this a good alternative?

I'm convinced Daves is the best bread ever made. A big seller at my store, I thought they were only on the west coast though. It's super filling stuff, usually I just eat 1 slice at a time. Sandwiches get too hard to eat with those thick slices haha

There were both in my store. The thick and the then sliced ones that were like 70 calories a slice. 5 bucks tho. Just as much as ezikel bread. Ill grab a loaf tomm.

I prefer ezekiel to Dave's killer bread. Cinnamon raisin ezekiel is the goat.

can you elaborate why..

I got tired of having to keep unfreezing my ezikel bread to eat it. the daves killer bread just seemed easier to manage.

I keep it in the fridge, then toast it when i'm about to eat it. I just think cinnamon raisin tastes really good. And the macros are pretty good. Each slice of ezekiel has 3g protein, 0g fat, and 18g carbs.

Dave's killer bread is really good too.

Whats the difference between the sprouted wheat/ oats (ezikeiel)

And the cracked oats/wheat (daves)
