New to the thread.

Took legit 6 years(early 2011) off from lifting due to my career, relationship, got really just bored with the lifestyle. It took a few years to complete look like I didn't lift by cutting down the healthy meals, vacationing and stopping being in any sports related leagues.

Fast forward to this January, I finally got the fug it "its now or never" mentality, I started at 170lb with high bf, first month took it easy weight wise to reintroduce my body to it. Cardio on the treadmill and walking my dog. Got to 150b with what i felt was a clean slate. Its now March, and I'm starting to lift heavy and seeing it get a lot easier eating wise and endurance wise. Just stepped on the scale and I'm at 170lb. 

Goal is 175-180lb not trying to get massive(been there, done that) and really based it off of what I look like in the mirror this time around and keep it fun.

Hell nah, ain't been on in a month. I'll be buying my own WiFi soon. Homegirl brother let his girl change the WIFI password (simp) and so no one in the house can use it, not even their own fam (I don't get the signal in my room anyways, I always played in homegirl room).

So we gonna go half on wifi. Just gotta see how to get it 3 floors down where im at. That's the only problem.

Use a wifi extender on the wireless router.

Down to 228 as of yesterday. Almost half way to the goal of 200.

Might be YouTube natty once its all said and done.

Use a wifi extender on the wireless router.
I was going to use the electric extender, but I believe the house is on two different circuit breakers, so that won't work.

An extender will actually broadcast it 3 floors down and be fast enough for me to play xbox/browse internet/download porn?

@soundview I finally did it. Funny thing is I DIDN'T wanna train today. Thought of every excuse in the book. Went in and hit 315 x 3 for 3 sets no spot on flat bench. Felt GOOOOOD.

A. No one sees me about to die
B. They rush to help
