I cut caffeine out last year.

Was never a big fan of it, but I would occasionally.

Even if I walk into the gym still tired, as soon as I walk in and the lights hit I’m ready to go.


Pulled in two nice workouts today, ramping up the mileage again:

I sleep like garbage, that’s my problem. Like I tried to pass out at 11:30 last night. Last I remember was I was awake at 3:30 still and had to get up at 5:50. So thanks to that I’ll save lifting for tomorrow through-sun

that’s tough man. i usually have a day or two a week where i sleep terrible. last night was one of those nights. still forced myself to get a workout in though. really just wanted to go home and nap :lol:

decided not to lift heavy heavy today. went with a quick metcon

Not likely, he's not big enough (tall) to excel at all the events. he is going to push the 275/242 records even further as long as he stays healthy.
I saw the Eddie Hall collab and he’s not much taller. He did say it took multiple years of training to win the comp.

Same dude behind bang made "redline" back in the day and it got banned. The can instructs to only drink half at a time.
