STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I wonder if my bench is too high. He looked like he was under the nipples. Mine are right at level

Haven't touched weights in 10 days. Vacation in Hawaii was busy yet relaxing. Tons of swimming and hiking though probably kept some of the weight off. Feels good to take a break from tracking calories and just enjoying yourself. Spam and eggs, loco mocos, musubis, shaved ice, garlic shrimps.

All said though I did miss the gym

Not yet but after seeing me do it she wants to give it a shot. Im pretty impressed with her even though shes never been in meet prep mode. Seen her squat 230 for a single and shes about 115 lbs. Shes pretty damn strong. I think if she put in the work she could do a physique show too.

Her legs are thicc. Judging from that pic thonshed need to put on more upper body muscle for physique. She could def cut it down and do bikini tho.
With all due respect ofcourse if u wanna drop another photo. :nerd:.

Favorite accessories to help with a poverty bench?

having a quality bench program > accessories

but try this

close grip bench 2x10 rpe 8
tricep push down 3x15 rpe 9/10
weighted planks 3x40 seconds (as much weight as possible)

also hit your back just as hard. Many people forget/dont know how important a strong mid/upper back/lats are when it comes to benching

Love those slippers you recommended for dead lifting. Mine came in last week.

Made an appointment to see a chiropractor and to get a massage next week. Hopefully they can help loosen up my leg/hips and it’ll help my knee

I also really need to crack my upper back so that’ll be nice

with all due respect...!!!!

i finally went to a chiropractor. almost 15 years lifting and never went. never went after my herniated disc either. felt good. no obnoxious cracking. just working out that lower back on her chair. the bottom part moved around and she poked around in there. Felt great. recommended a muscle relaxer.
sad tho i have to cancel my appointment next week because of work. but I'ma try to reschedule it for Friday.
Glad I finally have insurance that covers it.

Was literally looking up a specialist for a movement screening earlier today and it made me think of how I've also been meaning to see a chiropractor for a minute now.

Always heard to get substantial benefits you need to see them repeatedly 4 - 6 times, you know anything about that?

My insurance is ***. :smh:

If you can find good massage work in your area for the low, it's a must man.

Got a gem 10 minutes away from me, I fit 2x a month into my budget.
