Alot of water
Diet is protein high and carb low
I say depending on the body part, rep range should be 10-12max range. The more effort and "work" you put into a set, the more calories you burn. Keep the intensity high by taking less breaks between sets.

Depending on how low you have your carbs, you'll want to up the fats (mono and poly).

I’m stoked to get my training program for my meet. I’m gonna try and cut to 181 but not really gonna trip if I miss weight I’ll just rock with the big boys. It’s just for fun anyways. My trainer competing with me at 82.5 has a 6 plate squat. :lol: I’m getting smoked regardless.
