I think these are like that, I got one normal pair and one pair with the dowel, the dowel is used to "lock" onto the bar

Update the dowel has a shorter strap, I assume since you don't need to wrap it around as much due to the dowel
Yeah mines is just like that. They are life saver with all these damn calluses on my hands

When I got my 4 wisdom teeth pulled out, I was eating food 3-4 days later. It's annoying, but washing and rinsing goes a long way. Two weeks on a liquid diet, swelling will go down in a couple of days.
Two weeks? I only had to do like 2 days of liquids.
 
I wear full compression gear apart from the shorts over my tights, and socks. I still soak that gear, so I could only imagine cotton.

I needed this deload week. Can't wait till Sunday to go ham again. Going to switch my workout routines too.

Hit 405 today on BP and 315 for reps. Feels amazing, man. Especially considering just a few years ago I could barely do 225.


Maybe it is time to start dieting now :lol :{

Just smashed some steak rice veggies 6 poptarts and 4 rice cakes lolololol leg day and deadlifts make me eat like a dog smh
got damb.... so many carbssss.. u got helluva appetite.
 
I have duck feet (that means my feet turn out like this \ / )but a lot of sites say good posture/form requires feet facing front.
When I do this I notice my movement becomes limited...especially with push exercises like squats and lunges...
help?

Work on your ankle flexibility daily

it's not a limitation at the ankle. It's a restriction in your hip that's causing your foot position.

Repped. How much do you weigh? What kind of training do you do, Im guessing strength lol People lift for years and never hit 3 plates much less 4

Honestly, there is no single answer for this.  If you ask 30 different people you will probably get at least 15 different answers.  Everybody's body responds differently to each concoction.  It's best to try different things and see what works for you and what doesn't.  I find that products with N.O. (nitric oxide) work best for me.  It is also a good idea to have a rotation because your body becomes accustom to the pre and you end up having to increase dosages in order to feel the effects.

All that said I feel nothing is more important than your diet and carbing properly.  You can take the best pre-workouts available, but if you do not feed your body properly in the hours leading up to a good workout you are wasting your time.

people will tell you different things bc everyone has a different opinion on what they use. I personally use Hyper FX, however I have been looking into others after i run out of this current one.

I have not used pre workout in a while.

Lately I've been using some instant coffee w/ a scoop of protein and almond milk. Usually I eat a banana w/ it. (Got this from Chris Jone of Physiques of Greatness)

Gets my hyped and its cheaper than the product I used to use. I used to use Cellucor's C4. I loved it every time I took the stuff. Just a little out of my budget right now. But if u got the disposable income, i'd definitely go with C4 again.

I've heard good things about C4, been thinking thats what Im switch to. anyone have a recomendiation on flavor to get?
