STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Explain. You guys must not have played sports. 2-a-days are a staple.
i played football for 7 years straight i knwo what two a days are with the practices. But 2 a day lifting sessions?? Nah. Thats just dumb. Better off going 4 days straight and rest.

Better juicing if you hitting double days

I'd die in a week with how hard I lift, don't see how it's possible

**** cracks me up. The attitude that if you aren't being wheeled out on a stretcher after leg day or aren't vomiting on yourself after a lift you haven't gone hard enough.

Who said any of that though? Just speaking on myself, idk anyone who lifts twice a day that actually lifts heavy.

I dont see what the big deal is when I was in between jobs I would lift in the morning and at night and do cardio for an hour in between. Heck in the summer I would I would lift in the morning go for a 10-13 mile run in the afternoon and play ball for a couple hours at night.

Clearly you weren't doing any of things hard enough because you would have been hospitalized on life support if you did

Nice color way. I've been using wrestling sneakers since I've started hitting the gym seriously. I love them. I'm now looking into a pair of boxing shoes, I've heard they're good too.

On another note. I'm really happy with my progress thus far.

Before: I had that "soft" look, which I hated

Current: getting a little big and harder. Steps in the right direction.

I'm dead. Topping it off with a cheat meal, double meat Chipotle burrito bowl.

Wish I could just cut out alcohol to capitalize my gains, but I don't see that happening anytime soon :rolleyes

You ain't lying dog, I go out a lot and I always wonder if I would be even better off without drinking even though I'm still making great gains.

Was squatting 315 when I was really dialed in during the summer. Took a 6 week break (not by choice) and I was struggling to squat 245 yesterday). The worst.
