I can tell you dont lift with a dumb remark like that.**** cracks me up. The attitude that if you aren't being wheeled out on a stretcher after leg day or aren't vomiting on yourself after a lift you haven't gone hard enough.
I dont see what the big deal is when I was in between jobs I would lift in the morning and at night and do cardio for an hour in between. Heck in the summer I would I would lift in the morning go for a 10-13 mile run in the afternoon and play ball for a couple hours at night.
