Still going strong with these home workouts.

150 push ups> I have a push up board for chest, triceps, back, shoulders
Ab Roller 3x12
squat variations = leg splits? banded squats resistance 50lbs, jump squats
MMA punch kick movements just try to do the most accurate kick and punch variations I can do until I tire out
resistance band curls 3x20 >80lbs
resistant band deadlifts 3x15 >125lbs

The band resistance numbers are probably off a little, im guessing, but my bands go from 25lbs to 175lbs

Mostly now, im working on eating at 2k calories..
 
Keep seeing on social media. Seems like a feasible/budget way to give your rack a pulley upgrade.

325 bench
524 deadlift

1324lb/600kg total @ 163lb
431 wilk. Finally broke the 400s officially.
