mayne I remember when I first hit a 275 squat few years back. As soon as I got home I logged into NT and wrote about it. Few min later mofos in here wrote (many who left NT by now) about squatting 400+ lmao

I think I'm gonna do some platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy on my shoulder soon to try and heal the small tears in my labrum. Anyone have any experience with this?

I've had it a couple times. Hurt like a ***** for a moment, then there was soreness for a day, then it felt great.

Wears off IME after about 6-8 months though. :frown:

I'm going to be lookin into it pretty soon here with my acetabular labrum. All I know so far is, insurance doesn't cover it, and it's expensive.

Mine was free. :blush:
 
Anyone’s knees “pop” when they squat? My right knee makes a popping noise often when I squat but there’s no pain associated with it. Never really bugged me but the noise worries me every once in a while. :lol:
 
My left elbow pops whenver I punch it out.

My knee cap pops out of place from time to time. All I have to do is extend my leg slowly until it pops back in.
