^^ Chun. Her reach is lowkey insane but her setups are predictable.

There's no way Cammy is OP lol. She's middle tier imo. That low health and predictable mixups will keep her there.Cammy is OP this go around. She has pretty much no weakness. Still trying to figure out how exactly I want to combo from her spin knuckle but options are limited. Her back M Punch is damn near the perfect anti air too but it has no range.
I will say it's pretty odd we haven't gotten the March update yet...
As Hong said, the V-trigger mixups are gimmicky. When folks start to really settle in great players aren't going to fall for most of it consistently. And Cammy's v-trigger goes by too quickly. Other characters seems like they last forever. Cammy, two moves and its done. I heard in the beta it was three smh. What her v-trigger is good for is increasing her safe options or buffing the power of a combo. It doesn't make Cammy feel much more dangerous like say Karin, for instance. As for her cross-ups spin knuckle is solid if you aren't fighting someone with a good wakeup. Positive on hit I think. Hooligan combination not as good as you can easily be hit out of it. Both of these really just make up for the fact that her LK crossover knee is piss poor.^^^ no way you can consider cammy middle tier. Her V-trigger only takes 2 meters to activate. Cannon strike in V-Trigger is ridiculous and puts you on the opposite side of the opponent. Spin knuckle crosses over, Hooligan combination crosses over...hooligan combination period is insane especially with light punch. Promise you everyone at Evo will be a Cammy player.
Chun is really good though. Ex spinning bird kick is the best wake up in the game. Her v-skill into toe tap into EX thousand leg kick takes about 1/4th damage. If you activate V-Trigger and do that same combo you're taking about half. She's just really predictable because your options are limited. You're opening with either a jump in or kikosho
I'm trying to think about when I got my fightstick pro if I had that issue. I honestly don't remember. Do you know anyone with another stick to compare?
On a side note: I really liked how this game felt with a pad. I never felt like I was missing something. Well, maybe with the RT button because of its range.
You just need more practice. Finally tried the demo in gamestop. Ps4 controller tore my thumb up and I played 1 game

Finally got my hands on SFV Idk how I feel about it honestly I've only been playing for an hour.
What I will say is I wish bison had his god like standing HK from SFIV
I think top 5 would be Chun, Ryu, Sim, Cammy, and Necalli in some order. Ryu and Chun I think are the best though.Ryu, Chun, Dhalsim and Nash heads abd shoulders above the rest of the cast.
Dhalsim has a couple of bad match ups tho. Kinda wanna drop Bison and learn Chun.
