Give it up buddy. D isn't giving up anywhere close to that! So in your mind, the Eagles D all of a sudden became the worst in football? Last time I checked, the Pats have the 29th ranked D in yards per game (366 per) while we're 5th at 306 a game. Gonna be a great game.

Living in Minneapolis I know what it's like trying to get a reservation last minute It's hard enough to try to get a rez for 2-4 people this dude trying to get it for the whole team.. add to the fact that we're hosting the superbowl and there's thousands and thousands of people also trying to get into those same restaurants.. all I'm saying is trying to get into the more upscale spots downtown you need to book weeks ahead. Yeah.. they're not NFL player rich but there's a lot of rich folks that eat down there that will tip just as well.

Either way.. goodluck Philly I'd rather y'all win. Hoping for a good game

The anxiousness for the game itself def creeps up on gameday but during SB week itself I usually just want the week to be over with as quickly as possible

Mostly because the same tired topics get discussed ad nauseam which were already probably discussed the week before and you're not getting any new insight really . The 2 week layoff is great for squads to get healthy and prepared but it definitely sucks for fans. Can't ever get tired of your squad making it to the big game though,especially during the latter years of the run rn where the end does seem to be in sight. Gotta appreciate it as a fan cause I doubt we'll see this kind of extended stretch of success replicated anytime soon.

Personally I've never gone into a SB not feeling at least somewhat nervous regardless of records and everything leading up to the game. Anything can happen and we've seen just about everything outside of a blowout happen when the Pats are involved . Both squads have gotten this far for numerous different reasons so I legit always expect a one score game at least.

yeah I don't think this is really a slight at Eagles players the way Maragos is taking it even though I don't expect Minnesota to be very kind to them after 38-7 lol. Why don't they just bring the food to them, cater the dining hall at the hotel?

They allowed the Giants to score 29 on them one of the last weeks of the season and Eli had 430 passing yards and 3 TD’s...and the Rams dropped 35 on them the week prior.

I totally forgot, but Nike did release Elites with the SB patch last year. For the Pats, it was just the white Brady and it was very difficult to acquire as it was produced in limited quantities. I believe it only went on sale at the team pro shop as well.

for sure anxious and nervous. considering our 18-0 team lost and every SB we've won has been a one possession game, there is zero reason to be super confident going into these games. it's any given sunday, you know? so i'm always anxious and nervous about big games. the only thing different this year is that the legacy is already in stone so from that standpoint, i feel better. those SEA and ATL Super Bowls felt like there was more left to chase. not really anymore. 6 would be nice for sure but it's all icing on the cake at this point.

I have accepted the fact that i will have to buy a game jersey and take the patch off, and give the jersey to one of my little cousins or something. Or, head into modells/dicks with my seam ripper.

was headed up to PDX before but my best friend who throws the party, his wife is interviewing at one of the tech giants in the Bay Area so now i'll be down here. but if she gets a gig here that'd be awesome since they'd move here, obviously.
