I’m the bread winner too, I don’t see myself as less of a man because I do. My mom was always the bread winner in our household, always saw my dad clean, wash & grill/cook for us. He built everything by hand, very handy with just about anything. A real man in my eyes, no shots at anyone. Would be nice to sit back & chill at times but my girl never hesitates to rub my back or my feet after a long day! Lol

I would say I am more diplomatic on those type of situations. If I ask her to put up the dishes and ignores me, I’ll probably put them the first time. If it happens a second time, I’ll demand we both get up and go do it.
An alpha male is not someone who says they are, but acts like one. Lead by example, if you’re woman has trouble fulfilling your request no matter how big or small is because she has no respect for you as the leader of the household. I compromise with my girls on some issues, but when I say “No, we’re not doing that.” That’s that, you don’t always have to rule with an iron fist.

I’m finally starting to get over her and date other girls but still think about her a lot. What really sucks is by crazy coincidence she literally lives 2 houses down from my best friend. Also, she never asks me personal questions like about my daughter/other family. Mostly just talks about her family, her personal issues, etc.

Also there was an instance a week ago where my daughter had an issue at school, her being a woman I thought would give me some type of feedback or input...not necessarily telling me how to raise my daughter but some sort of input...her response was "oh" "well did she do it" and just being short, that really turned me off because she consistently talks about her son and things surrounding him.

I think I'm starting to realize that bro. Like I said above, whenever something is going on with her son, I'm all ears and giving what input I can without crossing lines...but she's never once asked genuinely about my daughter without me mentioning her.

Funny situation earlier with my girl. Was in my car just cruising, and she reached in the backseat to grab her purse. I saw her do a double take and start smiling. I'm confused because I only remember having a pair of shoes back there. She said I think you forget this was here and didn't hide it. Turns out, it was an ad a picked up while in the mall last week with the homie. 3 pages full of rings. I was She said I better do a better of job of being discreet next time. It's creeping towards that time time, bros.

Chick I’m starting to get kind of serious with told me she makes $80K. I make more than 2x what she does. I’m kind of happy to hear that she makes solid money because my ex made $40K and that was a huge problem in our relationship when it honestly shouldn’t have been.
