Making that drive now. Hopefully it's not as packed as last year. They have some talent but DC females > Philly. Females come from all over for the festival so you get a nice variety of yambs.

It's basically a moving party.....where everybody that's graduated college...parties like they are in college again. None of that "fake classy/bougie"....standing on the wall, only dancing with friends type sht.

Grown professional women twerking like they are A Freshman at a student center party at an HBCU .

Depending on what you into that can be an art gallery, downtown hotel, elite food/drink spot, low key music venue etc.
