This 30 somethin yr old chick at my job been throwin hints in the air that she want this young D. Im talmbout rubbin my arms and callin me sweetie and other stuff. But she does it infront of some of my co workers sometimes and they are old, i dont want no one trippin and start talkin sex harrasment and all that.

Some older women are just that friendly/flirty. Especially the single ones. If you plan on doing something, do it outside of work. Ask her if she wants to catch a happy hour and take it from there and play along.

Make her feel young. Talk about the things that she did in her 20s. Or simply be yourself. If she's already trying to get at you, then just keep it real.

I just laugh it off. It shows how much the girl wants to relate to and make me happy...

I've noticed that with a lot of girls... when they really start feeling you... their happiness is predicated on your happiness.

My girl just cried to me today bruhs. Mascara was all over her face, my shoulders, my bed. :{

I told her a few weeks ago when we're done, there's no chance of us being friends at all. Like delete me off fb, no calls/texts etc. She was bawling some real tears about how she's scared that I'm not gonna be her friend when we're done. I wanted to console her, but I didn't even know what to say to that.

Think I love this girl, trying to move on, but damn it's difficult.

Got some yambs when I woke up, then we went out for breakfast, going to make the best of this seven hour shift smh.
 
I am very grateful for what I have (and definitely not a *****). All I am saying is I spent my morning with someone I thoroughly enjoy being with, now I'm here working for a company that painted a pretty picture for me when I started and now I find myself being used. I could go into my life story, but what will that do.

And I tried the neck licking thing, but my technique must be off because she busts out into laughter.
