Start by staying off porn/ beating off chronically, I've had a similar problem, not getting it up but just keeping it up after 10 mins with some girls, especially with a condom on.

Make it a point to go out friday/sat night to a bar/lounge etc, where ever alc is served with a younger crowd , don't matter if it's solo or with friends just go and drink a few beers and try n mingle. it sounds like you already have some game or at least look attractive to girls so that's not an issue. but your confidence and self esteem are too low

quit drinking daily (only if you do, if not nvm) I used to drink a beer or two every single night during college after I finished all my work, but after I graduated I kept drinking to friday-sunday strictly and it works out a lot better, body feeling stronger, more energy etc. my sleep schedule fell in sync too.

today is hump day, which means the weekend is very close, which means opportunities, gotta stay focused on that
