C1...not sure the size you're talking about on the Shadys, but mine are 1/2 size small (12.5, i normally wear 13) and they fit fine. They have a leatherliner, that probably makes it fit a lil looser? Hope that helps. and is REI an abbreviation or is that the name of the store?
