This threads purpose is to share what us Fitness people are eating everyday..post ingredients and/or pics of your Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner..hopefully this thread can serve as a guide for those trying to eat healthier and lose weight/clean bulk
i made Oatmeal this morning
mixed in some low sodium peanut butter (i normally use Natural peanut buter but i ran out)
added water (i only use smart water)
added some cinnamon to spice it up
and of course some WHEY
Final product..looks nasty but its deciloius, though
