whats the big deal if you throw in a little milk w that oatmeal? it doesnt even have to be whole milk, just some 1 or 2%. is it gonna mess w your nutritionthat much? i dont mind water V milk in oatmeal either way just wonderin why you wont use lowfat milk, though.
 
I've had 1 jello snack, 2x cups of applesauce and a quesadilla within the last 36+ hours... Stomach virus

i tried steel cut oats for a while, too crunchy/grainy for me.

im on a 2200 cal/day cut so all i've eaten today is

a 2 egg, 4 egg white omelet

2 pieces of ezekiel multigrain bread

2/3 lb. of salmon
 
I made Jambalaya w/ Kelbasa, Shrimp, mixed veges and rice

Haha, I was waiting on this thread...the thing I wanted to post has already gone through my digestive system though. But I also had Oatmeal, except withNon-fat yogurt and blackberries.

Chips (Pringles) & Candy (Gummi & Sour candy) - Snacks 'til dinner

2 Pizzas, fries, and a burger - Dinner

Drank water for all meals.

if you got a blackberry it should be in the app store if you search under health & fitness

this app has different recipes for the course (breakfast lunch dinner etc.) the cuisine (indian, spanish, asian etc.) it evenhas different recipes for yourdietary needs too (lactose free, vegan, low carb/fat etc.)
