my mom's just got me some jasmine brown rice, what's the difference?

Jasmine has an aroma & its a longer grain
 
nothing healthy but I ate a cereal in the morning, chimichurri, and a monster energy drink (they really do work)
 
breakfast- turkey sandwich, huge doughnut, and pedia lyte

lunch- doughnut, cookies, milk

dinner- pork, rice, gravy, green tea

gained 6 lbs today

Add it after your done preparing it. One scoop is fine.

It makes it even nastier IMO.

If you want it to taste decent, eat it with natural peanut butter or throw in some dried fruits like raisins or berries.

for my BB users there is an app called Spark Recipes...has a ton of recipes for healthy foods along with their nutritional info, I will def be using this to add some variety

if you got a blackberry it should be in the app store if you search under health & fitness

this app has different recipes for the course (breakfast lunch dinner etc.) the cuisine (indian, spanish, asian etc.) it evenhas different recipes for your dietary needs too (lactose free, vegan, low carb/fat etc.)

i add a full scoop. It comes out creamy but that could be because i also added the peanut butter. I boiled the water. Cooked it on the stove @ daytona
 
I have so much damn oatmeal. Anybody have unique recipes for oats? I thought about making whey cereal bars

on weekends i eat whatever...so...

yesterday:
bowl of ctc
turkey sandwich on wheat with wheat thins and milk
cheese toast on wheat with chips and sweet tea

today:
2 bowls of ctc
probably cook up some chicken and fries for the game if i dont go out. GO DALLAS!!!

Yesterday
I had 2 tortilla (Low-Carb) pizzas
some marinara, turkey pepperoni, and light on the mozzarella cheese, Put some peppers on there also, really good a lot better than regular pizza, and tastespretty good
*I suggest cooking this on a stone a oven

I'm going to have to try out some of that steel cut oats and I can't wait to finish this protein powder. can't wait to get some 100% whey goldstandard extreme milk chocolate again. That stuff imo is some great whey
 
Didn't wake up until Noon so no breakfast. Went to the gym then had some Salad with peppers, cucumbers, and Thousand Island Dressing. Also had some TunaSalad.
 
Didn't wake up until 12:00pm. So I made me 2 Pancakes 2 Breakfast Sausage links. And 2 strips of Turkey Bacon.( the best Bacon on the Earth fact)
 
deep dish pizza chicken, fat free ricotta, low fat mozzarella and provologne. tomatoe,onion, crushed tomatoe sauce. dough whole wheat flour, yeast, cod liveroil, 2%milk, and water.and i coated the pan with flax seed oil i layered it like in this video
