He won't be asked to do much. All I'm saying is that from a personal standpoint for Perkins this makes more sense than signing with LAC .

He'd be playing the same role in LAC so he wouldn't be asked to do much there either
And personnel wise he's actually a better fit for a West team because he has historically matched up well with Dwight & Duncan., two teams that LAC may have to go through.
