Minny will offer Wiggins the max extension & he'll take it.
Nobody ever turns down the max extension because no 23 year old is turning down a $100+ mil
And with the salary cap increase, it'll be an even bigger contractWiggins to Toronto won't become a real thing until 7-8 years from now at the earliest (3 years left on the rookie deal + 4-5 year max extension), and by that time MIN could be contending & TOR could be trash.
