Yup as long as he stays healthy next year, he'll probably get to play in the Finals.

Was just thinking about the fact that the Cavs more than likely are going cruise through the East next year too. This season seemed like the best shot for someone to knock them off and it didn't happen. Hawks, as currently constructed, aren't good enough. Bulls may well get worse and the Wiz still aren't ready.

It's up to Washington to add a stretch 4, honestly if they could get Milsap or Tobias they could do it.


Heat are my dark horse though, they have one of the strongest starting 5's top to bottom in the L next year with a lottery pick coming.

Heat COULD have a shot though. They need Dragic to be playing like he did a couple years ago, Wade to be healthy, Deng or somebody somewhat prime Deng-ish to be there, their #10 pick to be balling and Bosh putting up Raptor Bosh numbers. And Whiteside needs to not be a one year wonder.

^^^ Yeah. Heat got a nice collection of talent on paper, but they need things to really go well in terms of health to max out the potential there. Its a big if.

Milsap was injured and Tobias is 22 and coming off his best season while being a legit stretch 4 which is exactly what they need, what are you talking about?

They need a stretch 4 and he's a stretch 4, don't see what's so hard to get.

He'd instantly make them a contender in my eyes, their offense would be phenomenal and no defensive drop off.

He's slipped a bit from 6 months ago

But his defense and toughness are already there.

He actually surprised with his offense. If he has a strong work ethic once he hits the NBA he will drastically improve.

It's funny you've been clamoring about him and as I respect your opinion I Tried to convince myself of it . Sure he's a good defender, but I see nothing more than a mid level 3 and D guy.
