No way the Cavs make the Finals right? 6 finals in a row? Just... no.

Right?

Have you seen the rest of the Eastern conference? Bron is the modern day Jerry West.

the second best team in the east is lead by 34 year old pau gasol

cavs have a pretty good chance at making the finals again

He has no choice. Bron has that entire state be the balls.

Actually Gilbert's got some leverage here, Lebron is 30 and under contract through this year. Yeah he could take the highest bidder and leave again but that'll make Lebron look even worse especially if they don't win a title next year. Add to that Lebron has 5 years max as the best player on the planet before his skills start to decline( prob more like 3 years). You think he really wants to waste any time building another championship team somewhere else.

Even if the Cavs didn't have Mosgov, Love, and Verjao...Tristan wouldn't be worth any where near what he's asking.

How many teams in the east win 50 games next season?
Probably the Bulls and Heat possbily. They will be the 2 and 3 seed respectively and Bron will get to add one more team to that graphic bringing his grand total of 50-win postseason teams to a whopping 8 for his career.

He wouldn't have to build one. He's on a short deal. He could damn near play wherever he wanted to.

Lebron could go to the um, who's the worst team in the NBA? The Sixers, Lebron could go to the Sixers and they are an instant contender, he won't waste any time "rebuilding a championship" if he leaves. He will be back to the Ship in the 1st year. You may think Gilbert has leverage, but he has no leverage, at all. He better sign Tristan

why would rose want to go to NY just to stand in the corner with melo while watching Kristaps score all the points?

Getting paid 20 mil for court side seats to the Kristaps Show day in and day out sounds like a great deal to me

It obvious he's going back to Miami for his PHD next summer.

I really wish we'd kept Lamb so Donovan could have some time with him.

The Man is going to be a problem watch. He gets his shot so effortlessly.

Edit: NO picked up Perk. I guess I forgot about that acq
