The Closet Collector Legit???

Theres been some controversy with TCC lately with a guy recently purchasing some early release Bred Ivs & them looking like replicas, & TCC putting out a video saying his stuff is legit, & then Elite Kicks then call him out. I'll post the videos, but is he really legit?? Has anyone else bought bad products from him??

I think he probably uses a free blogspot and they can put what ever ads they want on the site which is tracked by cookies that are on your computer which targets your interest.

Listen, i don't know HOW many times this needs to be said. If you want early releases, this is what you deal with. TCC DOES NOT SELL FAKES.
He sells early release, unauthorized, grey market pairs. Whatever you want to call them, they are NOT fake. PERIOD.

BUT, if you want them months in advance, don't cry about them having DENTS or the printing on the box being "off".

You have to pay to play, and this is what you get.


Don't give this guy a bad name now because of some pissed of kid that can't tell the difference, and doesn't know how early releases work.

I'm sorry, its not worth the frustration and headache.

The only shoe I would even consider getting early would be the Bred 11s, other than that, I'm good.

Even if I do get the Bred 11s early, I'll still get the RD pair to compare anyways.

Elite Kicks video was mind-blowing though!

How do you explain the rubbery hang tag. Yellowish off white mid sole on IVs? These arenet even B Grades but just high quality replicas that over time have become close to looking legit over the years. Just like prada shoes or gucci purses over time the replicas start looking identical. But comparing them to official licensed authorized NIKE/Jordan Brand product theres a difference.

TTC is legit dude! Just because "one" person makes a video trying to discredit dude, now everyone else wants to question his authenticity? I swear where in generation of emotional-bandwagons . It's as simple as this, either you buy kicks early or you wait till release date, but don't knock another man down if you personally haven't brought anything from him and are complaining! It's just crazy how people are out on a "witch hunt".....

Yea his kicks are not "100% Authentic" as you would call them. He gets the same sneakers as early release resellers overseas. Barcode and size sticker mean nothing. To end all this all he has to do is say who his nike/jb representative is (everybody that has a legit account has one) and it will be done but I bet he doesn't have one.

I wouldn't buy anything from him. Not only is everything expensive, but he sells fakes. I bought Concords from him and they weren't authentic, but he let me return them.

its not just one person idiot. There are 3 different heads who made videos exposing the shadyness with their pairs. No one is on a witch hunt we just dont want to be raped for high quality replicas. Taking advantage of naive new comers in the shoe game. There are many replys to each video with people also saying how unsatisfied they were with their pair. Random restocks of Ray Allen 13s, Metallic 5's, BCiiis, Anni 11's and Concords lol yea he sounds really legit.

I'll also tell you guys how he gets restocks. He'll scour CL and hit up people that have shoes listed up for sale. He has contacted me to buy shoes I had listed there. The deal didn't go through, but it was a recent Jordan retro. He put up a restock of those Jordans at a considerably higher margin than what we were negotiating at.

So he doesn't really get his stuff like a legit Nike retailer. He probably has some overseas b-grade/variant hook up, and he sells stuff bought second-hand.

There was a video I saw where TCC sent his brother some snapbacks, t-shirts and Jordan necklaces. All of it looked like he bought it at a knock-off stand in NYC, buyer beware.
