The College Basketball Post

MCW a good athlete, his weak handle just obscures it imo.

Tyler is slightly above average, just doesn't have the lateral quickness that MCW has.

Agreed.

MCW is definitely an NBA level athlete, will be an excellent defender, rebounder and mismatch with his size. Too bad he's been coddled in the 2-3 but I think he'll be one of the top 3 players from this draft 5 years from now.

Ennis is cool, I think he's a better fit for Cuse than MCW was because of his passing ability, can play the pick and roll and is a threat from deep. He's not athletic or a defensive stopper but thanks to the zone that doesnt matter. Will be a better college player but not a better pro than MCW

Tarik Black is 15 minutes or 5 fouls. Whichever comes first.

I hate the fact that Cody has no semblance of a jump hook. He's going to have to be a pick and pop and face up guy. Those dives and dips turning him into a 6'5 player didn't fly against better competition in college and won't in the NBA.
How many NBA big men get post up chances to even shoot jump hooks though? In my eyes, being a good pick and roll, pick and pop player is just as valuable in today's NBA.

Well, not just as valuable. But still as good as you can hope for from a weak draft/non franchise player.

"Thought"

He was a cool dude in my book and I was only familiar with him from his posts in S&T and Henz's crazy iPad story, which I vaguely remember anyway. You know you can enlighten and inform people w/o trying to be an a-hole, right?

All u had to do was read the pages prior. Pretty simple.

Nah, the iPad guy is the one who used to post in here under TheWhat1124 or something. Michigan fan.

my bad that I didn't see a few posts about a long lost NT'er that got lost in the shuffle. I saw Mike's comment joking that he went MIA cuz of Lebron and my comment followed. it's also pretty simple to say "nah man, you're thinking of the wrong dude" or "did you see the comments a couple pages back about him? pretty crazy." like i'm some dude who just dropped in this thread... you're pretending that it should be common knowledge.

I thought he went MIA after stealing Henzo's ipad. :lol 8o

Lol dude was a living lie..talking about he attended Michigan

Will never call a player coming out of Syracuse a good defender until they prove themselves in the league

It should be, dude was a regular in this thread...just found it a bit disrespectful to "think" he was a thief...

If anything I would have asked if he did and mention an apology if u were wrong, which u were...that's all.

^ stop being a diva...it's not that serious...dude got two ghost members mixed up

:lol @ issuing an apology cause someone smoked some laced **** and now their brain is fried

There are NO excuses next season...NONE.

Here's a look at the #2 recruit Jabari Parker sharing his thoughts on the guys going to Kentucky, his decision to go to Duke and of course his favorite Jordans.

Red outline NEEDS to be on the uniforms.  The football team doesn't incorporated red in their uniforms so that's probably why the outline won't be on uniforms.  The basketball teams will need it badly IMO.

Is UConn the only school in the nation that had completely different branding for it's football, MBB and WBB?  Different fonts, different logos.  Just absurd.  Uniformity was badly needed.
'A new Husky dog logo was also developed as part of a review of all athletic team logos and marks, which in recent years had moved away from a consistent look on team uniforms.

Football had developed the block ‘C,’ men’s basketball had the intertwined ‘UC,’ women’s basketball had a ‘C’ around a basketball ball, and soccer and volleyball were developing hybrids from those. Only five of the 24 sport programs were using the Husky dog logo on their current uniform.
The new Jonathan Husky logo is a reflection of comments by coaches and student-athletes who participated in the process of reviewing the branding and logos used in the Division of Athletics.'
The school itself slowly but surely eliminated the old Husky logo.  Crazy that only 5 of 24 teams were still using it.  Guess that's a pretty strong sign that it was time for a change.
